What beer are you drinking now? #49

Well since Im trying to start eating healthy in a few days and stop drinking for a while, why the fuck not. Need to drop a few lbs and start lifting again. So my farewell to beer for a few weeks.

A Sam Adams Winter Lager......not for me. *chug*

 

started things off with a Rochefort 10, man I love that beer. Moved on to a New Belgium Snow Day, then a Samuel Adams Noble Pils, and finishing up with Evil Twin Imperial Biscotti Break. Pretty good night.

 

I have to admit, I hated this year's Cappuccino Stout more and more with each sip. Thin and displaying almost no coffee. Drain pour. On to better things.

 

Another incredibly long day in the world of retail! To battle the Scrooge I feel germinating inside of me, I am opening a Bridgeport Ebenezer Ale. (Long pause . . .) Ahhhh! That's better! Cheers from 2AM!

Young's Double Chocolate Stout for me tonight. Passed on it for years in favor of other offerings, but finally decided to pick one up recently.

 

Winding down the night with a Bootlegger's Knuckle Sandwich (awesome stuff) and catching up on some Boardwalk Empire... I can't think of a much better way to end a Saturday.

I enjoyed St. Louis gueuze Fond Tradition today and chased it with half a growler of Pliny. Later had two Bombay Sapphire Gin and Tonics after work. Good day
