Good morning BA! I am just getting into my first glass of this years Nectar. Oh! Troegs make a seamless and delicate beer. Impeccable balance, mat that is smooth and breaddy but light and a tremendous hop character that is not overblown. Perfect!

 

I'm not a huge Southern Tier fan but I bought a bottle of 2XONE because you said it was so good probably try it tonight.

 

I local brew that really impressed me. If you like dry coffee stouts, you will like this. The name says it all and it drinks larger than its 6% abv.

I hope you like it. I really did. I think Southern Tier is my favorite "local" even though I live in Ithaca. 2XONE promises to be an exciting and innovative series , much like victories hop ranch series which decided to explore hops. Southern Tier however, will be featuring one and only one variety of hops and one malt each time they make 2XONE. I can't wait to hear what you think of it =)
