We are hanging out at my sons for a couple of days, baby sitting and goat sitting, guess which is easier.

Hazy Neighbors a colab between 2 local breweries, Start Line and Cold Harbor, Hopkinton and Westboro, Ma. respectively
Dry hopped with Citra and 2B, big lime note, really piny and aromatic, tropical notes and a resinous slightly bitter finish, I rate it as interesting. Cheers!
We did some exploratory car shopping today, my wife is looking for an Acura RDX to replace her 13 year old TL , car shopping always brings this movie to mind

This beer is really quite tasty - Black Hog Brewing Irish Cream Coffee Stout. Really nice flavors that blend harmoniously together.



The Rigby Rocket is a train that goes through the local area and this is my ode to that beast. Usually a pretty impressive train that lives up to its name.

 

Went to the Cardinals home opener and saw a wild one. We gave up 6 runs in the 6th to trail 7-1. In the bottom half we scored 8 runs. It was the first time we scored 8 or more runs in an inning since late May of 2024. Celebrating with this.

I love the story. They recorded in a house they rented in France. I'm sure there was alot of booze and drugs but from what I've read they were really focused on making this record. Very interesting history. The classic making of a record- in the reel to reel recording days. Oh and Bobby Keys on Sax...
