Happy Sunday BA's! Jai Alai at Horse & Hounds.

 

Good afternoon BAs! Starting today with a treat from my latest Tavour box - FW’s “TØNNE TROLL”, an Imperial Stout aged in Rye Whiskey Barrels:



Poured at 53.2°. No bottling date other than 2025. Dry rye whiskey feel, booze and chocolate nose/taste. Not sweet. No adjuncts added. A collab with Lervig in Norway. I’m working on notes for NBW. A really good BA stout.

Another beautiful day here in Sunshine City. I have a small beer share set up for later this afternoon at the pub…should be fun. Cheers y’all and have a great Sunday!

It was released late February. I am enjoying the two new ones (very different fro each other). I actually like this one rye better than their normal rye. Cheers!

Happy Sunday ba. Cool but sunny day here on the island. Lazy day off and just watching more mindless Mets hardball.

Into it w/ the storm, pilsner, jones beach brewing. Clearly brewed to support the St. John’s red storm. Meant to have this w/ the game Friday but it just didn’t happen. Pretty straight forward unfiltered pils w/ decent flavor notes. Nothing great but not bad either,

no canning date but these just hit,
