I know I may have mentioned it but I have many regrets. One is I never saw the Boss in concert even though I lived really close. I wish I had a do over.

Have a good Monday. I was up all night and slept all day again. Julia had to take 2 of the kittens to the vet because they were throwing up. Doing well now. I got an Amazon package in today. Got a nice budget pair of noise cancelling headphones for my wife, Sony WH-CH720N. Not quite as well designed as my Bose QC35-II. but very impressive sound quality and noise cancellation. I also got new fabric wicking ear cups for my QC35 and AKG K240 Studios, the fake leather cracks and breaks down too fast, these will be way more comfortable. Also a new box of Veken cat water fountain filters.

Finally dived in to the Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett, 4.25/5 so far. Very easy to follow story, medium-ish paced medieval historical fiction. Will probably have to use the fandom to keep track of characters. A lot of these longer fiction books are hard to keep track of, that's why I just read nonfiction, the same historical figures are easy to keep track of there

New Belgium imperial Voodoo Ranger to start off the evening. strong pine, resin, and citrus rind hop notes balanced by a solid caramel/bready malt backbone. Great old school feeling DIPA. There is no voodoo ranger I didn't like.

This Sierra Nevada Summerfest Lager is pretty good but I much prefer the Springfest IPA. There was one 6er of that left at Wegmans but I passed over it for the Summerfest. That was a poor choice as I probably won't be seeing it till next year now. I'm definitely gonna stock up on the Springfest next year.
