Finally. Someone does it right. The first one got all jammed up (still figuring out why), and the second one was posted with a Gmail link to a photo (so it was only viewable to the OP).

    Drink on.

Well I suppose I will post again here! Luckily for me sense I usually post from my phone I type the post in my notes and then copy & paste to the site, so it was still my most recent "copy".

Decided to go with another easy drinking, but tasty beer.
I'm glad I decided to revisit this one, as when I first got into craft I wasn't able to appreciate a more subtle style like this.

Sorry for the terrible lighting! It is really a much more appealing, bright golden yellow.

    Listening to some great metal:

Started my day off with these guys open'd a 2nd just to make sure
the 1st one was as bad as I thought. Huge let down.
Had hoped for so much more after drinking Ten Hills Pale
that was one of the best new beers from S.A. in quite sometime.
Aroma on Rebel is very nice but drinks like crap.
Anyway hoping to catch a bit of a Cubs double header today. Happy Sat. All.

Well I made breakfast int he other thread and said good morning and all that.

I decided to pair beer with breakfast on the weekends. This weekend it's french toast with Ithaca's new Fleur De Belgique. The maple syrup did not embitter this beer because maple syrup is very sweet and beer is relatively bitter by comparison. The west coast IPA mouthfeel on this was a pleasure alongside the airy light french toast. Soak that Italian bread until it can hold no more and sweeten it gently with milk & a bit of confectioner's sugar. The light dusting of cinnamon went well with the earthy yeast. The bitterness I talked about in my review was offset by the cake like sweetness and the earthy eggs. Bonjour everyone and why not celebrate this day?

I also had two beers and made a cheeky comment in French. J'ai deux biers!

Forgive me, but it's impossible for me to post from the phone.

    Last night...

    All excellent.
Also had a Solstice D'hiver Reserve from Brasserie Dieu Du Ciel (not pictured)

BA Vanilla Shake blew my mind!
Unbelievable how good that was - 10x better than the non BA version.

happy Saturday BA'ers! Couple minutes away from a hotly-anticipated Rangers/Flyers showdown, wife is headed out shopping for the afternoon, and @cavedave sorry, but I did wind up showering. I DO, however, have elastic waistband pants on. All the makings of a wonderful Saturday!

thanks to @dnb128 for hooking me up with this AWESOME extra, since he knows I'm obsessed with coconut. Very tasty! Writing a review as I imbibe this sucker...

Scratching that hop itch with a Nugget Nectar. Got a Hoponious Union on deck before I start the pre-planned stout line-up. Gonna dive into some FIS, Narwhal, Old Rasputin and finally a BCBS before the day is thru (or I shit myself and black out on the kitchen floor...whatever happens first). Cheers

Well the family is all gone for the weekend so it seemed like a good time to do some inventory on the stash , I wax the bottles with a certain color for the certain year and to give me something to do more than anything #wastedday #greatbeer My first Nugget Nectar

Good morning again, fellow BAs! Or, afternoon, for a bunch of us.

Enjoyed a Citra Mantra with a lunch/brunch of bacon and eggs. Good, solid beer.

Still working on my grad reading, still listening to Steven Wilson, but about to move on from both soon. I need a break from studies, and the album is almost over. (Moving on to Storm Corrosion for some more ambient background music until I finish my reading.)

Haven't moved on to the next beer yet; I'm awaiting a package, and I suspect I'll be grabbing something from it fresh from the box.

    Cheers, all!

Admittedly a recycled picture, but I couldn't be bothered to take a picture of something I already had on my phone. My pops rewarded me with a sixer of this for a job well done on painting the kitchen. DirtWolf and Nugget Nectar in my fridge = a good Saturday. Cheers, folks!

    How strange is this?

First, I have Lunch for breakfast.

Then, WBAYDN gets all fucked-up for some reason.

And then, I have Breakfast for lunch.
