    Dinner was bottled and released 3/11 for the first time and it was so good. Better than the famed MBC Lunch.

    It's Dinner time!

    Fleur de Belgique (IPA with trappist yeast) out of Ithaca's Box of Belgians.

    Has the juiciness you'd expect from Ithaca, with some nice Belgian characteristics.

    Really loved the 2 IPA's in here, probably even like Hopbloem more than this one. The whole box was pretty solid, the triple didn't do much for me, but the Belgian style stout was very good.

    Working nights, just got off a fairly rough 5 day run. Now I am off til Monday, and am celebrating with a couple beers before I go to sleep. Starting with this one, a homebrew APA with Citra, Cascase, and Centennial hops. This is my 3rd homebrew batch of beer and first one that's not a drain pour! Really nice aroma; still some earthy herbaceous malty off note flavors, but not as bad as my previous two batches.
