    Just ran about 4 1/2 miles and I figured this would hit the spot afterward.
    This is just about perfect. The smoke is really strong in this, nose and taste. Very reminiscent of the Schlenkerla Marzen with a touch of rich coffee...damn I love this.

    It's finally RatDog concert day! And after looking over the tour set lists, it looks like Bobby has been holding off on playing this for over a week… I think he's saving it for me tonight! Last show of the tour….

    Here's the last time they played it…. (poor video, decent audio, 3/8) Song starts at about 3 minutes in… after an intro Jam.



    They're a band beyond description

    Very good for its style. Received a 4-pack for my birthday last year. Nice buzz and spice, for sure.

    Hi you guys and gals! Cheers and holy hens I have another great beer! This si Jack's Abby Saxonator. Did you knwo that "ator" is a common suffix for doplebocks?

    Simply excellent. The body is a bit thinner than some of the german dopplebocks but with impeccable balance and with flavors that captivate this beer is contemporary and stylish.

    File this under freshest brew I've ever had. Getting a tour of Blue Mountain Barrel House from my good friend Joe Beck, head brewer, he pulls this bottle of Evil 8 off the line. Capped, but didn't even make it to the labeler. Tells me "enjoy." The dude abides. Cheers

    A surprise from Saugatuck. I guess they're better than I initially gave them credit for. Excellent balance of rye, fruity sweetness, and pine.

    Just popppin' on for a quick lunch break checking out the threadd. Holy sheet is it busy for a Sunday!
    Well the living room is the painting project for today; prep work almost complete!

    That's a meatball and toasted ravioli 'wich with some marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese along with some wavy Lay's and carrot sticks. Yep, it's on a bagel again, seems we only have hot dog rolls in the house right now :astonished::angry::angry:. Oh well it's still tasty!
    Of course paired with Goose Island The Illinois.
    Jack & Meg have been keepin' me company this morning!

    That guy can PLAY!:sunglasses::grinning:
