    Time to break out the Big Honkin' Mug again-

    This Maibock is phenomenal, so silky smooth with lots of spicy hops and a rich malt finish. It looks like maibock season is upon us after all! This might be the best of the lot, but I just might have an opportunity to snag some Ayinger next week, so let's just hold off on any declarations just yet, and simply enjoy the stuff.

    Here's a great Ralph McTell performance of his song "Hands of Joseph", a tribute to idiosyncratic Bahamian singer/guitarist Joseph Spence. Really nice guitar playing throughout-
