See for me it was the opposite, I had those years prior. I just remember old chub having a better mouth feel & stronger flavor profile. Revisited quite of few of their brews recently & only a few impressed me again.

Finishing on a bottled Founder's Devil Dancer, was really good on tap. I'm pretty sure the bartender wasn't supposed to serve it in pint glasses, but I wasn't going to complain:wink:

I like it and old chub.... I'd give the edge to chub tho. Only 2 of that style I run into frequently.
Nice change of style from time to time

had some guinness foreign extra stout at a bloomsday event. some woman from sex in the city gave a great reading of the first 80% of "the dead," then some famous irish novelist butchered the last 20%. weirdly enough, the only other stories they read were "eveline" and "araby".

now i'm having a victory dirtwolf that is way too good for how old it is. tip: want a great IPA but live in a craft beer wasteland-ish place where you can never buy fresh? if you can find refrigerated dirtwolf, buy it. this thing is months old and tastes great.

You have the savvy to post the internet picture, why not post the real time deal in your glass?

Dayum ! This is the most bitter Black IPA I've ever had. *consider that a warning!

Trippy head color here - anyways, I can't see myself getting this brew again. It's bitter from over hopping (yes that's possible) but also has a cloying taste I cannot put my finger on - I'll be thinking about it all night- might even check other reviews on this one to see other opinions - the label look coo..
