    So this is my slad. Thinly sliced zucchini and carrot I did with the peeler. Salt it and let it stand about 30 minutes. then add a homemade simple dressing of lemon juice, olive oil, pepper and crushed garlic. This is Brew Free or Die. Based on this beer I am not getting the Hell or High Watermelon. this is pretty sweet. It's good. I did not write a review yet. I want to have some more first.

    So the last two weekends I couldn't have a single beer due to work obligations, but no work this weekend, so you know what that means!

    Starting off with this new one from COAST, Vienna Wheat. Tasty beer, and really nice on this 90degree and humid day. I respect COAST a lot for making great examples of "uncommon" and generally "unpopular" styles of beer. They show that a beer doesn't have to be a hop bomb, imperial stout, or brewed with souring bacteria to be great.
