    Another no show for Double Trouble at the party store so I picked up something "cheap". $5 for a 22oz. Not too shabby. Not the greatest stout in the world but for the price it's good.

    First time having this and it won't be the last. Subtle aroma yet complex flavor. Was too cold when I starting drinking it, but letting it warm up a bit really brings out its qualities.

    I rarely post (looking to get more active) so I'll also post my favorite beers in order of preference:

    Great Lakes Dortmunder
    Samuel Smith Apple Cider
    Samuel Smith Raspberry
    Samuel Smith Imperial Ale
    Rogue Chocolate Stout

    I've tried boatloads of other beers over the years, including many recommended here, but have never developed much of a taste for ales.

    I continue to audition new beers and will soon conduct my own informal taste test between Great Lakes Wright Pils and Victory Prima Pils. I've drunk both beers many times and may add one to my regulars, although I believe Wright is a seasonal.
