I almost cracked open my vanilla bean DL but was able to hold off thanks to a trade i received today with some pilny and alesmith.. I still have 30 min left and if I see a wall of water or fire then the DL is going to taste great!

Liefmans Goudenband. A lot less tart then I thought it was going to be. A lot more brown ale/ dark ale flavors coming through. Very good brew though. Refreshing, yet hearty. I need to use alot of willpower to not chug this one lol.

Still alive after have the Rapture. Man that one is awesome. My Jon is perfect right now but I felt the Reuze tasted like my Homebrew Geuze. Too tart and acidic in a non-drinkable way. Split 3 ways so was perfect pour size for that. See you all tomorrow!!

This man speaks truth. I drank a bottle of Jon last night and it was a slice of hop heaven.

Sturdy glasses....what a concept! This bolt cutter glass is badass and was just beggggging to be broken in. Aging the rest of my BC's so this should suffice.

I need to give you a bottle of the blueberry Geuze I made. All the rest are cork and caged in 750's and I can't drink more than 1 serving.

By my last tally I'm still in your debt, looks like its time to break in the new 10 gallon pot soon . Now I just have to figure out what to make. I'm leaning towards another Berliner since I can bang it out fast and then move on to something with some more heft to it.

Very interesting. Lots of spice and the pineapple gives it a nice twinge. Not my favorite, but good.

My first and only can...wow I wish I could have this everyday. One of the best beers I've ever had, all the flavors I want in an IPA!

Finally found this at my local bar. I thought it was happy hour ($2.50) but it ended up being $6. Oh well...I'm not a fan of Dirty Bastard but I've heard good things about this one so I tried it. It didn't blow me away but it's better than Dirty definitely and I liked it. My friend (who only likes quads and gueuze...a recent thing) liked it a lot. I was surprised it really wasn't boozy.

My friend absolutely loves this beer and has probably bought 2 cases since a month ago and he didn't really like beer much before so I finally tried a full glass. I think it's a little too carbonated but gets better as it warms. Good beer.

Apricot Berliner it is. Should be ready late January/early February depending on when I start it
