First time trying to post a pic so hopefully it works! Drinking some Sam Smith's oatmeal stout along with a little vodka on the rocks to get the buzz going for the Open Championship (sorry for the TV being so bright in the pic).

    ¡ Salud !

#improper glassware . in all seriousness though if it wasn't 1:30 am in Hawaii i'd be using my secret agent beer mug also. Enjoy the breakfast brew!

Surprised when I found this while searching the beer fridge, didn't realize I had any left. It is tasting super chocolatey right now.

I'm not supposed to drink today, but I had to crack open this espresso stout from the Netherlands. I like it very much. More chocolate notes than coffee.

This is the latest I've slept on the weekend since before I had kids. Now that I'm refreshed, it's time for a nutritious breakfast. Cheers all!!!

A lazy Sunday breakfast on the patio with some Founders and raspberry/strawberry trifle. A bit of fog around here on another cool July morning. Have a great day gang!

I loved that brew when I had it bit I only scored it a 3.95 because back then, Drinkability was in Overall's spot.

Personally it's one I like even better with 1-2 years on it. Becomes a different animal with a velvety chocolate profile.

It is. The UK kids say how average a brewer Samuel Smith is but it's a bloody good brewer in the eyes of this yank.

Onto the next one. Sierra Nevada torpedo accompanied by a small "hand rolled cigarette"...oh, and there might be a little green keeping the tobacco company if you catch my drift

Sometimes you just need that second cup of coffee to really get your day started off right. This is a damn fine brew. Cheers!!!

Does wort count? If so, then Breakfast stout Mash #1 (only have a 10 gallon tun, doing a 10 gallon batch, have to do two mashes). Freaking love roasted barley, I could drink this without fermenting it!

And coffee! Guatemalan / Sumatran blend, this sh** is fantastic. Roasted by my buddy @ Great Ship Menagerie Coffee Co, keep an eye out for this in the Cincinnati area. Adding 4 oz of this at flameout, splitting into two batches. First will be aged on cocoa nib and bakers chocolate, the second will be aged with 2 vanilla bean, 1/2 cinnamon stick, Cayenne (1 to 1-1/2 tsp), cocoa nib, and bakers chocolate.

    Cheers BA!
