    Well, not much left to drink in the fridge , so it was between the Troegs Java Head and Victory Storm King. Victory tonight!

    Yep! Well, on a cast iron skillet, similar to this one. I know some people place it right on the grill grates, but I always worried my dough would be too wet and it would fall through partially. Never had a problem with the cast iron, pizza doesn't stick, and it gets hotter than my oven does. Fantastic way to make great pizza at home.

    I use a simply dough recipe; 1 cup ~80 - 100° water, 2 tsp yeast, 2 tsp cane sugar, 1 to 1-1/2 tsp salt, a dazzle of olive oil, and two cups king arthur high gluten flour.
