No pics but just attended a Fifty Fifty 2012 Eclipse tasting at a friends house. Evan Williams, Mellow Corn, Elijah Craig plus 3 others. Great time with some fantastic beer lovers!

After sitting 8 months this beer has only gotten better and lost none of the coffee edge. An incredibly delicious beer where the coffee still shines as the hero.

Hoppy and boozy, but well balanced and fruity. I would buy this more if it was year round.[IMG]

It's a very good beer. But, if I may quote the tail end of my review, it loses a little bit of pointage because it just doesn't nail the "IPL" thing:
This is plenty enjoyable, no question about it. It didn’t live up to its potential, though—only Jack’s Abby has really nailed the Imperial IPL, from what I’ve seen anyway. What this does do is offer a drinkable beer that’s India first, Imperial second, Pale third, and Lager last. If that’s what you’re looking for in a beer like this, then you’ll be very pleased. If you’re looking for a big lager that’s hoppy as hell, it won’t hit a bullseye but it’ll do just fine.
What can I say? Great beer, but it doesn't match its potential, especially from such a great brewery. Please note, however, that I am still thoroughly enjoying this beer!

    Saude, galera.

Just scratching the surface of what will likely be "what Octoberfest are you drinking?" for the next two months.

This is a hair early, isn't it?

A long day of work turned into a 16 oz can of Hop Drop and Roll followed by A Little Sumpin Sumpin Extra. Lack of pics due primarily to my taste buds being satiated. But I digress.

That Honey Queen was easily the best beer I've had from Sam Adams since Tasmanian Red.

Awesome evening hanging with good friends on the deck and grilling.

A new one for me, straight from MN:

And shared a fresh pour that was crushed in record speed (go figure :sunglasses::grinning:):

Anthem Brewing Arjuna Belgian Wit Styled Ale from OKC up first. Big day today, we went to rescue shelter & picked out a doggie! Cope (that's his name) is a mutt with some Beagle & Hound in him, 4 months old. The kids are excited. It took us all a while to get through losing our dog around Easter ( we think he got into some round up, which is now banned here, much to my Father-in-law's consternation ). Looking forward to picking him up next week. We will visit with him a couple of times next week I'm sure.
