OK I had a beer to pair with a dish today. This is Apex Predator from Off Color brewing one of the best saisons I have had this year. It went well with my Thai Spiced Chicken and Coconut Swiss Chard.

You titled your thread " what-beer-are-you-drinking-now" yet you posted a pic of what you were drinking yesterday.
What are you drinking now?
What the heck is wrong with that reuben? Was the meat slicer broke? Those are some big slabs of meat.
Awesome right!? Ahha I kno it looks different but it's smoked for so long it literally melts like butter!
I haven't logged in for awhile, and this is the first post I see
they couldn't take the time to slice the meat properly or even melt the cheese... and is that cole slaw? da fuq? This is a weird place and that has to be the laziest Rueben of all time. Bread doesn't look toasted either
What is smoked? Corned beef isn't smoked. Suppose to be saurkraut, not coleslaw.
We're not afraid of the deli police anymore!! Bring it on
Oh, is that what I did? Thanks for pointing that out.

Maybe some of you east of the Cascades have heard of this one by now... it's ranked second-best American IPA in the Pacific Northwest (out of only two on the list, after Boneyard IPA) and #34 on the overall/worldwide most popular IPAs list (above Furious, BTW, and right below Head Hunter)... Might fine. Happy Friday!
