Alesmith growler in the background?
I'm back home in Ohio right now, and I found a four pack of Head Hunter on the shelf at Giant Eagle. I've had 2 so far, and one more is set to disappear tonight.
A slightly heavy pour but hey...its friggin' Celebration!
my cousin lives in CA and brought me home (VA) some goodies....here's one:
Hof ten Dormaal's Blonde aged in Sauternes Barrels: This is ok I suppose but definitely not worth the $20 I paid for it
This is a new beer to me. It is refreshing but would not be my go to IPA. Seemed more like a pale ale to me. Cheers!
Cable Car finally showed up today. This stuff is amazing.
The bottle just about didn't make it. The cork came up a bit and there was beer leaking, so I had to open this asap. First world problems.
Starting off with a MOAS '12 thanks to islandboi8204...
Delicious. Super sticky, I'm gonna be going at this one for a while...
Another new one for me and this is more what I like, Hop Whore.
Possibly gonna be my last one tonight. Smells uniques, if the taste is anything like the smell this should be interesting.
Glass two of Goose Island Baudoinia. Waitress already took my empty. This is mind blowing good IMO! Wish it was being bottled.
Cheers again guys!!
After getting pounded with at least 11 inches of snow today I thought what better time to break this out.....
Finally enjoying a beer that I feel worthy enough to take the time and post! This is remarkable, no other coffee beer should even sit in the same fridge as this, (or bourbon for that matter)!
Enjoy the rest of the holiday season everyone!
Going to have to step it up after this one...
And some good mood music. Cheers!
Crackin' some fruits of Kuhnhenn's Winter Solstice. Very nice!
FFF Artic Panzer Wolf - my reward for clearing the driveway.
It's as if the very essence of life comes cascading off of Athena's ample bosom.
Sierra Nevada Celebration
Maine King Titus
My first ever Cantillon beer! Damn this is good
Moving right along....love this one, and its the last one I have too...
Still great in a plastic cup!
My last one from a recent trade....
Bourbon County Lookout.. well, maybe not. But holy hell this is good. 4 elf or bust next year.
Capital A awesome!
2011 BBPt5 didn't as much beat contemporary BCBS for me, but knocked it out, dragged it to the woods by its hair and shot it dead. 2009 BCBS however would successfully call upon the animals of the forest for help and see its opponent mauled.
Hoppin Frog Naked Evil BBW to start...
I had one of those yesterday. I think its better than BCBS. Although I also am of the believe that BCBS is overrated. That being said, Id drink either any chance I got, any day of the week.
I was just being myself and only busting your chops but if you think I'm a dick, so be it.
I as well, am on here to learn more about and express my affection for well crafted beer.
In the spirit of the season and less than 2 weeks away from a horrific tragedy in my area, I wish you peace and love in the upcoming new year and beyond.
I also hope you get to enjoy some terrific beer.
Smuttynose Robust Porter...... Cheers!
Just shoveled the drive way. Time for my reward.
Watching Will Ferrell's greatest hits on SNL while enjoying Batch 31 Imperial Stout from 8 wired. The only thing I need is more cow bell!
I'll have to send you some Tyranena Devil over a Barrel once it is ready to see if you stick by your statement.
Is that going to be brewery only?
My first ever Zombie Dust. Oh my..... this is so so delicious.
I didn't care for Pumpking (overly spiced) but I'm digging this one..
I don't know for sure, but I would think so since Whose your Daddy was brewery only pick up.
