    [​IMG] Been buying the 2013 Narwhal at Total Wine, went in today and they have the 2014. Bought a 4 pack and threw one in the fridge. I'll drink it tomorrow. As for now I'm drinking year old beer and liking it.

    Just finished a (very fun) blind IPA tasting with 10 beers. I was surprised and pleased that I managed to get all 8 correct that I had tried before, but flipped the 2 I hadn't tried (Jack's Abby Rye IPL and Coronado Islander IPA - hard to pick out-blind beers you haven't had...). Here are the 10 in order of my preference, picked blind:

    1. Trillium Double Dry Hopped Congress Street (stood out, well above the rest)
    2. Jack's Abby Hoponius Union
    3. Night Shift Whirlpool
    4. Bear Republic Racer 5
    5. Ballast Point Sculpin
    6. Night Shift Morph
    7. Coronado Islander IPA
    8. Jack's Abby Session Rye IPL
    9. Founders Devil Dancer
    10. Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA

    Lakefront Klisch Pilsner. Awesome beer. This and NG Hometown Blonde are definitely my two favorite pilsners and two different beers in great ways. An excellent brew to down as we usher in the start of college football season
