Broke out a Deschutes Black Butte XXIV. quite nice.
Found some fresh Hop Notch today. Couldn't pass it up. Making dinner now while I am waiting for some friends to stop by.
Wife works late. No work tomorrow. So I get to sit in my office, listen to crunchy tunes, and enjoy beers. So far :
My favorite band. They sing about being drunk a lot. I got hammered when I saw them in October and met Kitty from Arrested Development. Some of the Indiana folk may be familiar :
Victory at sea.
Last day of work until 2013, so...
Slightly tart now!! Yummy!!
Gifted to me from a SA Holiday sampler
Some locals for me after shopping. Elevator Winter Warmer, Indigo Imp Winter Soul, and now a Thirsty Dog Mayan Last Dog.
Bell's Expedition Stout, Founders Imperial Stout, and DFH Immort Ale.
I need some of this!!!
This, my friends, is excellent:
Heady Topper followed by home-brewed Simcoe Red Ale.... all while very jealous of anyone with snow
(Boston area - sick of the f'in rain!)
This is the beer which introduced me to saisons. Still one of my favorites. Waiting for the kids to get a bit older to make the trip out to Cooperstown. Baseball HOF will be the primary reason for the trip but once there a trip to Brewery Ommegang is a must.
How is this?
This is happening...again.
Need this as well!!!
Had this last night for the first time...Pretty good !
Up first is some Westy XII:
I was going to post a half hour ago, but I had to watch echos again. I love Pink Floyd!

Hook a brotha up!
Founder's Imperial Stout 2011 vintage....
I'm surprised you don't get them in NY
I think it's safe to say that you are the king of BA Gonzo.
We do, but I've never seen BA Gonzo in 12oz bottles. Saw it a few years ago in 750's but missed out on it.
I thinks it's really good , for $6 a 12 oz bottle it should be though.
Enjoying this while relaxing in a kid free house for the night !!!!
That beer touches me in ways that I would never let a woman touch me.
I should hold the camera level next time. This is the first time I've used my new pokal glass and this is my last 63118.
CCB Tocobaga Red Ale, and it's damn good!
Ah yes, I can confirm that Duvel pairs well with lobster! Sorry for the blurry pic, adds to the karma though ;-)
Howler of zombie dust, 13 bigfoot, a glass of 12 parabola. Think I'm going to go for la fin du monde with dinner and end up with the rest of the parabola. Cheers folks!
P.s. wish I was having that ^ lobster for dinner!
