    It is on days like today that the rest of the world should take time to appreciate the responsible use of world power displayed by the United States of America. This nation is the jewel in the crown of democracy and freedom. I would also take this opportunity to thank them for having the balls to lead to fight for democracy and western civilsation every time it is needed. God Bless America.

    Just rated Ayinger Oktober Fest-Marzen (4.3) from seeing it in the Oktoberfest discussion thread. Great Lakes Oktoberfest is on deck for reviewing tomorrow. As I type, NoDa Hop Drop is reminding me why it won the gold.

    One of the few Shipyard beers I would ever buy again, I was pleasantly surprised by this one.

    $7 is a "deal" for an out of date... Granted still semi-fresh at 4 months, if stored cold, IPA? You realize at cost/oz that translates to a $46 12pk / $23 6pk... Doesn't it sell for $7.99ish usually???
