    I picked up a bomber Sculpin yesterday; it's the first time I've seen it in this state. (!) When fresh, this is one of the best single IPAs, anywhere.

    This one is about a month old, and it's....still delicious! (Duh.) Less fruity, sure, but it's a damn good beer.

    Still have a special beer planned for later, once it cools down a bit. Cheers!

    They had one Bigfoot left, and I grabbed it. I grabbed one Old Stock, as well. (They also had plenty of 2014 Double DBA on the shelf, so even though I just had a 2013 today, you're damn right I grabbed a bottle; it's delicious!)

    What an awesome shop. I hope they keep re-stocking that aging room. The selection was sparse, but very, very cool.

    Weyerbacher Imperial Pumpkin

    Poured a beautiful orange-amber hue with a slight, bubbly head. Instantly there were strong aromas of autumnal spices. The taste was great! The spiciness is pretty spot on and there is a definite layer of pumpkin flavor at the back of the mouth. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this 8% ABV beer. 3.95/5

    They've been restocking. I grabbed an 07 Pannepot, an 08 Stone IRS, an 05 and 06 DFH WWS. They also had some 2008 or 2009 (not sure of the year for sure) of Cantillon Gueuze, but it only lasted a few hours.

    [​IMG] Wish I'd have bought the single, but $6.99 for the 4 pack didn't seem like much to risk. Drinking the second one today, maybe I'll share one with someone. It's not bad, just kinda strange that it has a smokehouse flavor.

    Gawd-damn! This week is taking forever to come to an end!!! Spent 5 of my 8.5 hours at work in a kaizen (that's Japanese for a problem solving meeting), hey it was a free lunch! It's always fun letting people know that you know more about your company than they do, even though they have an extra zero at the end of their salary!
    So enjoying this sweet and spicy momma, I thought the one I had the other day was my last! Awesome surprise!
