    I tried out the Big Eddy Imperial Stout last week, and I was very impressed. It's bold, bit, thick, and tasty.

    Good morning BA!

    Had the opportunity to try this for the first time last night - my wife, who doesn't drink beer, was actually sad when we finished the bottle - she loved it!

    The leaves here in CT started to turn about a week ago; this morning they started falling. It may not even be October yet, but Fall has decided that waiting is for suckers and squares. That's cool with me; Fall in New England is as beautiful as anywhere in the world.

    I took advantage of the weather to grill up some lunch of a burger (with Chipotle spread) and hot dogs (for me and the kids). Pairing it with a Bissel Brothers The Substance.

    This is a damn good IPA, very old school with big notes of grapefruit peel and pine, and very bitter. I like it!

    Went to Kane and Brick House Tavern to celebrate my brother in law turning 21! I had a Hop Lab pale ale and a Morning Bell at Kane and then a Kane Ripple and Carton Hop Pun at Brick House. Pictures are at Brick House.

    I picked this up in MA on the way down to Boston last weekend. It was the last Yeti for me to try out of the ones that are currently being bottled. I like it but I prefer the other versions, so this isn't one I'll bother looking for again. I just wish Great Divide would start distributing to ME or even NH so I could use my Yeti glass more often.
