I did say I'm a morning person.
What's in your glass?
Getting ready for football, I have a Growler of Jade IPA, and my last HT on ice.
In the new year, I too will be able to get Growlers of beer from someplace other than the only brewer in my town. I'm stoked!
Alpha King and Robert the Bruce
Morning person here as well. Starting out today with a new Bass India Pale Ale. Not bad, better than regular Bass.
I'd certainly give it a go if I saw it on the shelves here.
The missus usually raises an eyebrow if I start before noon, but seeing how she's left me to beerwork and retreated to another level of the house I'll join y'all without fear of the dreaded skunkeye.
Summit Extra Pale ale for me. Another solid, no-frills brew from them.
Well I'm not drinking anything yet, but these are the options...there's also a hop stoopid in the back and some Two hearted ales . Def wanna save the Wookey and Double Jack for tomorrow night, I'm thinking Union Jack will be a good start!
Union Jack? Great choice! When you give the Double Jack a go, I think you will be amazed.
My favorite beer to start the day with...
I hear ya. I'm not a big fan of coffee, I prefer tea, but give me a good or better coffee brew and I'm a happy camper.
I love coffee and I drink it all week long, but on the weekend, a tasty coffee brew is definitley the way to go
Oh yeah! I've had it before and love it, one of my favorites for sure...and@ 9.5 abv it is certainly worth the price. Its taking me a lot of will power not to open it sooner than tomorrow night lol
Getting ready for some football!
Today's starting lineup..
Getting ready for some football
Long day of football ahead, so I'm drinking this growler of Gritty's IPA.
I'm now finishing off a very tasty Kölsch from Lander Brewing:
I was ready with the big "like" on the IPA Growler and you had to throw in the Patriots....;
Thanks to my buddy Dave, I will be enjoying some Kuhnhenn brew while watching the Lions game today. Cheers all.
She threw the Growler in there, then I saw the Patriots and hit the big "Like"! Go Pats!
They'll be bottling Jade soon, so it'll be much more available than it is now. I'll be sending out quite a few bottles in trades. Like I've said before, it'll become the new Pliny.
Alright! The Lions are on, I LOVE baseball! RIP, Lions football...
Wish I could enjoy a brew with you all, but I gotta work. Will have to wait till 11:30pm...
You're in for a treat. Both of those are ridiculously good.
I have LOTS of love for Growlers of beer. Enjoy!
working a growler of Bourbon County Brand Coffee (style) Stout I picked up this morning - funny how my local beer distributor tapped this last monday and there's still some available,(@ $33.99) while the 4 cases of bombers they got a few weeks ago sold out in a day - is it because it's harder to trade/re-sell a growler?
This might not be great to some...but it's being really good to me right now. Go whoever is playing the Pats.
CCB Resonator Double Bock Ale. Picked up a growler of Toppel Cider also.... good stuff.
That's exactly the reason.
I *think* most beer drinkers have a negative attitude towards Growlers. If you don't finish one at one sitting, it won't be worth drinking the next day or 2 days later. Wrong! At least, in my experience.
Somebody made a Tampa run
I like your style sir!
I live so close to the brewery i can almost hear the mash boiling
my wife doesn't like me buying growlers for the 1st reason......
Starting a long day of football with my wife, aunt, and uncle inlaw with a diesel...
Love this beer. More to come for the day. Cheers all!!
Hoping the Giants win & get some help today!
Dad was not a fan.
Jealous beyond coveting thy neighbors neighborhood.
Polished off a bomber of this:
Incredibly delicious balance between big fruity hops and sweetness from the rye and malts. Yummy in my tummy. I see the ratings for this haven't been doing very well, maybe that's because this ironically benefits from having some age on it. This is probably about six months old, and the hops made way for a good kick of rye.
Gosh, you Yanks know how to handle your IPAs. Good on you.
Can't go wrong with some Ten Fidy-
First time trying this one...not my favorite Milk Stout, but it's pretty good. Glad I tried it.
