    You'll never guess . . . go ahead try and guess . . . give up? OK I'll just tell you. I am going to beervana. Next week. To trillium and to jacks abby. I am also going to brew a beer with my buddy Nate and I want to ask you all what kind of beer should I brew. He said anything but a lager. So I am happy to take suggestions. A saison, a BSDA or should I ask him to brew the perfect hefe like I wrote about on my profile?

    I could not stand this beer when it came out so much so that I almost threw away this bottle. I didn't even bother cellaring it! Instead, I stuck it in an empty drawer in my toolbox in the garage where over the past 3 years it undoubtedly reached relatively hostile un-cellar-like, very warm & cold temperatures.

    I'm gonna give it another shot to see if it's any better. At first I was a little afraid of being poisoned by a bottle that was not properly stored but LOL... it's actually drinkable. Not my favorite but it's not bad at all and I have had worse. Much improved!

    Has to be some kind of harvest ale. Pumpkin is personal choice, but a nice malty fall beer.

    Semi-pissed off. Was going to play golf today, but it was raining like hell and we decided not to play. The radar didn't look good. Well, wouldn't you know the rest of the rain missed us and the sun came out. Too late for golf; have other things that need doing.
    First, though, I'm going to drink some of my favorite Long Trail.
