    Then I had a small tasting with some friends tonight.

    Here is how I placed them out:
    1. Oktofest, The Brew Kettle, OH
    2. Oktoberfest, Full Sail, OR
    3. Oktoberfest, Ninkasi Brewing, OR
    4. Oktoberfest, Pyramid Brewing, WA
    5. Oktoberfest, Santa Fe Brewing, NM
    6. Oktoberfest, Great Lakes Brewing, OH
    7. Oktoberfest, Maumee Bay Brewing, OH
    8. Octoberfest, Free State, KS
    9. Atom Smasher, Two Brothers, IL

    All examples were good and the competition great! I enjoyed all examples!

    Picked up a few shelf turds before departing Tulsa, if anyone in that area is looking they have about 6 cases of bomb and wine noir stacked over at Collins Midtown. Choice of glassware was tough on this one.

    Dumb question?: how do you share when they're all poured into a single glass?

    I don't mind offering a taste to buddies, but I'd feel odd passing a beer glass back and forth.

    This one is the marzen variety, and it really does taste like a marzen/rauch mish mash hybrid. I am going to try and get their other regular Rauch if I can, just for comparisions, but this is a really impressive brew, much lighter in body also it seems.
