    So good the first time I had it...

    ...generated some heat on the forums lately, drawing comparisons to Mexican Cake ((*two (2!) threads banished to the nether-realms* :grimacing:) I'm guessin' someone got carried away with the sheer emotion of it all :rolling_eyes: and crushed the thread for everyone)...
    For my money, the Xoco is right there with the Cake, difference being I enjoyed Xoco more this year than Cake.
    But last year?
    Cake totally blew my mind...

    New Hoppy Harvest Ale Friday!

    I went to the store today to grab a few brews, just to come home and have my porch Bombed with Bombers! This porch bomb makes me wish I had WestCoast, Southwest, Midwest distribution. Well, I'm excited for all these brews, but this is one I bought today, finally.

    Drinking this here beer!

    This brew reminds me of what Lagunitas Sucks would be if it were a Session IPA.

    Woodstock Inn Clans Scottish Ale from New Hampshire. 5.3% ABV. Starts out wonderfully malty and smoky but then deteriorates with each ensuing sip into something more sour.
