Actually, not that bad. About 60/40 in favor of pumpkin is where its at. You know you want to try this @jzeilinger :astonished:

Goose Island The Muddy. Huge milk chocolate and plum smell, doused with licorice. Flavor leans more towards dark chocolate and licorice, with plums and candi sugar as an afterthought. Good body for a 9% abv stout (anyone expecting a BCBS Lite will be disappointed, and a fool to boot). Sweet, hops largely absent.

A fairly restrained take on an "ouzo stout" with regards to licorice, but quite sugary otherwise.

Sometimes I feel like some people here just browse through the thread for the music stuff, so it's fitting I am listening to an obscure one right now:

I bet you'll never look at France the same way again....

Pretty tasty. I could even use a little more heat. Only wish I could do a side-by-side with Mexican Cake.[IMG]

I never knew such a thing existed, but I do like smoked mozzarella so it just might be right up my alley. I'd probably do a 'white' one featuring more of a balsamella sauce just to accent that smoke. Thanks for the idea!
