Yesterday with beergorrilla:
Arcadia Bourbon Barrel Aged Cereal Killer
Founders Imperial Stout
Founders Bolt Cutter
Founders Harvest Ale
Just got out of work and now I'm sippin' on a Stone IPA:
Not sure what I'll have next. I might go down the road and pick up some FIS.
I had today off: first three were Lagunitas Sucks but now I'm on to Zombie Dust.
And it's only 5:17 PST! I see a hangover manyana!
Green Flash Hop Head Red Ale
Cuir (Bruery 3rd anniversary) Loved this beer fresh, love old ales, not enjoying this beer at all, even after an hour in the snifter. It actually tastes as if it was brewed with smoked malts. Hopefully the rest will taste better tomorrow.
Growler of Lagunitas Sucks, this stuff backs up all the raves. I'm impressed.
For those of you who like the "indie" rock or "emo" like no further then this band, Roadside Monument who may or may not be on your radar. I can not express the gravity when I say this band has been inspirational to the movement back in the 90's.
Revolution Very Mad Cow
Just picked this up for my home bar. Port Brewing Wipeout, great IPA.
Bulls v Heat and this goodness compliments of cfh64. Thanks brad
The Royal (Crest) treatment
In VA today as well! Cheers!
Founders Red Rye PA...
Sam Smith's Nut Brown Ale...a wintry classic...
Woot finishing up a Yakima and I'll be opening up my India-style saison soon!
Now working on a Great Lakes Christmas.
Having my first one of these this year. And it's damn tasty!!!
Starting the weekend with this
My cat likes witbiers
Very interesting this Blithering Idiot...
Heady Topper. Waited all day. Worth it!!
Poured hard, as directed. It really maximizes the punch of the stout flavors.
I'm stalling on the Ruthless Rye tasting. The anticipation is building.
Soon, my dear beer...soon.
it's a pretty decent beer. A little on the thin side.
whatcha think? been considering picking up some.
CCB Humidor Series IPA.
Already enjoyed a Zombie Dust and White Oak Jai Alai
Moving on....mixology again in effect!
Wifeys makes good at Costco
Don't tell me you got that Yakima in the cuse?!? We never get allocation for Yakima here and I am often driving around trying to find it in neighbor counties. Cheers!!
Now killing a fresh growler of Great South Bay, Massive IPA.
Some Shorts Good Humans
I started with Hop Rod Rye and Sucks, now finishing my IPA-mini-a-thon with a Kismet from Mother Earth Brewing (Vista). Every time I hear about this brewery I think about that whole fiasco with that blog about 'brewing substantially.' But I figured that I try their beers now that they're bottled.
Verdict: it's a solid IPA, with a nice floral and citrus character, but it's clearly the least of the IPA trilogy for today.
Moving onto some FBS with my Butterfinger Squealer from the local ice cream joint
FBS is the perfect beer for ice cream.
Next up, Logsdon Seizoen. Not quite as good as Bretta.
Love this song, watched it with my little boy plenty of times.
First time trying this, very nice.
This may be my favorite North Coast Ale, very good toffee liquor flavor.
