Almost forgot. Hop Ranch dropped today as well. Got a fresh growler that I'm about to demolish.

If the ice storm is not too bad tomorrow a trip to D'town may be in order. I loves me some Hop Ranch.

You'll be drunk as a skunk drinking that big of a glass of 120 by yourself :grinning: haha enjoy. I really want to get some, but I live in Ohio (12% ABV limit)

Good evening to all you guys and gals......

Monday is drawing to an end, that alone is worthy of celebration.

I'm starting with this: Tröegs Blizzard of Hops. A pretty decent IPA if I do say so myself.

My last turn in the MNF rotation. Didnt have time to stuff peppers, so I did it in soup form.
Ground pork, ground beef, green bell peppers, green chills, diced tomatoes, white and brown rice, onion, garlic, black pepper, cayenne pepper, beef broth, and tomato juice, and a side of mozzarella. I prefer stuffed with marinara, but it is what it is.

Drinking (chugging) this in light of wrapping up the first half of the Walking Dead season, and feeling like a zombie today thanks to my daughter sharing her head cold with me. Suggested pairing: Benadryl and decongestants.

Neshaminy Creek's The Shape of Hops to Come. It's an interesting blend of Apollo, Newport, Simcoe, Topaz, and Citra hops. Has an intense, yet well-rounded floral finish. It's a small step below some other Northeast DIPA (e.g. Heady, Gandhi Bot, Mastermind, etc.), but it can certainly hold its own.
