    Haha, no, just a nursing student who got a snow day! :grinning:

    This actually turned out well! Both the beer and tea brought out the best of each other. Now I'm interested in trying some of the fruitier lose teas I have too much of with some hoppier beers. So much more opportunity to experiment with loose tea over coffee.

    "Try Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout and Wells Banana Bread in a 50/50 mix"....

    Well...He was right, this is crazy good. :grinning:

    My first one of these nifty winter seasonals from Troegs-

    Great nose- bright orange/strawberry/peach/pine. The palate is much more piney and bitter, almost kind of old-school in a way.

    Earlier I was taking a musical walk down memory lane; these guys may have been a B-level act at the time, but they sure had a visionary philosophy-
