Double the dubbels!! Sick!
Checking out O'so Brewing's Hop Whoopin' for the first time. Over the holidays, I stayed at my parents who are 20 mins. from the Illinois-Wisconsin border. Headed over the border for a little beer shopping in The Dairy State...
I don't know why anyone would ruin a perfectly tasty Victory at Sea like that.
Cherishing a Pliny while a friend gets ready to enjoy my last heady...Cheers!
I hear you pal. I'm normally not a fan of mixing beers, but this one was actually quite good! Cheers!
From what i heard today, binnys in bollingbrook, and naperville as a lot of it. Pardon my spelling. I'm kinda drunk due to ND.
now that I've tried all 3, Peche Mortel >>> WnB > FBS
Glad you enjoy it. Personally, I just really disliked Frangelic Mountain Brown.
got my two from Naperville on Friday - I'm hoping to score some more from my Binney's honey hole in Arlington Heights later this week. Sorry about the Irish.
Exactly the reason we mixed it! ; )
Good stuff. A touch thin and watery, but it was tasty.
Holy shit yes! This is the first time I have been able to get a De Glazen bottle fresh, and damn does it deliver. (the other ones I had were the Dubbel and Tripel with a few years behind them). So damn peppery with huge fruity complexity
Vertical Epic 06.06.06. on the menu tonight. Damn good!
While listening to some music that only seems fitting:
Cheers and ROLL TIDE!
Drinking a Scaldis Noel (Bush de Noel). It's the balanced beer that Troegs Mad Elf fails to be. At 12% ABV, I'll be nursing this one.
I can't figure out how to make the umlauts in Noel, Troegs, and what else- Motorhead.
I'm drinking a Blue Mountain Barrel House Local Species to celebrate the total domination of the Crimson Tide over the Fighting Irish

Just drank a fresh Zombie Dust. Trying to decide if I want to drink a CW BBS but I gotta be up in less than 8 hours so i guess I'll have to pass.
Bear Republic Racer 5. It's just so drinkable...
Lugene is an awesome brew, easy drinking. Another brew well done by Odell, highly recommended!!
You only poured in 3/4 of your beer...
Moving on to John John Ale, which is Dead Guy Ale aged in Dead Guy Whiskey barrels. Cheers.
