    I spent all day yesterday recovering from New Year's Eve; New York was a blast, and I had way, way too much alcohol (of various kinds). So today it's back to work, cleaning the house, blasting some metal, and having my first beer of 2015!

    Lost Nation Lamoille Bretta Saison refermented with Brett.

    Really a quite nice saison. I could hope for a more clearly evident Brett presence, but on the other hand, this is likely a very fresh bottle. Very fine saison overall.

    Wow, that is quite the collection you have there, very impressive. How are they holding up? I still have one measly bottle I have been hanging on to. I may wait for its 2nd birthday until I open it.
