Swirl Stout is incredible and Mull It Over is a very solid Winter Warmer. I also have howlers of Sacred Union, Smugglin' Plums and Brew Ninja to sip while watching your Buckeyes get destroyed tonight!

Have fun at Short's! They have a really good tap list right now. We will be going next month. Are you guys hitting Frankenmuth again this year?

Had to start out today with a beer brewed in Ohio in honor of the national championship game.....Jackie O's Bourbon Barrel Black Maple....delicious (although wished there was slightly more maple flavor). Go Bucks!

As promised, yesterday was one hell of a night. As a consequence, I cannot drink today...but I'm sure there is still alcohol flowing around my system, so this is kind of like what I'm drinking now. I'll only bother you with one pic from last night's aftermath, and they were all new beers for me:

HF Anna. Really nice and tasty. Don't get much honey out of it.
2012 FW Sucaba/Abacus. I've had it fresh, but never aged. Unbelievably smooth and mellow.
Alaskan The Tide and its Takers. Delicious; really, really nice.
Caldera Mogli. Super chocolatey and smooth.
Lost Abbey Framboise de Amorosa. Very tart and sour; really good.

Nothing was a disappointment in any way. Great, great beers, every one of them.

I also had plenty of others - two different homebrews, Off Color Dinosmores (also new to me), NEBCO Gandhi-Bot, etc. This morning was rather unpleasant.

Cheers, BAs; drink up for me!

No we are not this year. We are going on the Cleveland brew bus for her bday instead. There are still spots open for the Friday evening tour on 2/13! The Buckeyes are going to make up for the Cowboys letting me down yesterday. Go Big 10

No Deschutes allowed 'round here tonight. Right now, a Red Ale brewed in downtown Cbus by an OSU alum, and being consumed by one. Central Ohio is always a sea of red on game day, but it is like New Year's Eve everywhere I have been today. Kind of sad though that college football is coming to an end, along with it, our epic family & friends get togethers. At least we shortened the off season as much as possible. Will try to post some food **** later. Rotisserie duck on deck, along with homemade Buckeyes of course.

Not my pic. According to BA this is a retired beer.
Just showed up on the shelves here though.

The '12 makes me think it's already two years old.
Either way it's only so-so. Cheers.
