    One Trick Pony Brewery Horse Collar Rye IPA. I haven't had a beer from these guys from Lansing, IL in a while, so I decided to stop by today to pick up a growler. One Trick knows hops and this one is one of my favorites from them. Tons of floral notes, along with orange, grapefruit, dank, and spicy rye. For a 7% beer, it drinks extremely clean and smooth with just a slight spice and bitterness on the finish. If you are ever in the NW Indiana/Chicago area and are visiting Three Floyds, be sure to drive 10 more minutes from there to check this place out…you will not be disappointed. Cheers!
