Bad part of being as cool as I am, bartenders love me. Beer starting to flow.

Now drinking Big Sky Ivan The Terrible by Big Sky Brewing of Montana.

Oh and Tom Brady makes it rain.

My buddy Sunny just poured a belching beaver milk stout.

Well, well...I must admit, I'm easily amused! I also must admit...I've never bought a Budweiser...until now. All the juvenile trash talk on the BMC Super Bowl Ads thread along with the funny Bud ad that was played during the game last night peaked my own ornery, childish interests

It also gave me a reason to break out a set of vintage Bud pint glasses that rarely see the outside of the cupboard less alone a cold brew!

    Cheers Beer Advocates!

Snow is starting to come down heavy out in Suffolk County. This beer is the first thing I crave when I see fresh powder.

Just reviewed Hopslam - 4.36. The flavor and palate are World Class, but fall a bit short on the other technicals.

Here's a beer I never tasted until 2014 and now I like to have a few bottles in the fridge at all times.

Fulton Insurrection Imperial IPA. To all you fans of Surly Abrasive, you should try this, I like it better. (there I said it) :grinning:
    Have a good week all!

I think I need a chaser with this...

Courtesy of @SomethingClever I know why they call this brew Abrasive. This thing is bitter as hell! Killer aroma though.

Snow, snow go away! Another foot in my backyard. Luckily I have this hopped up Mayflower Alden DIPA to warm my aching snow shoveling joints.

Good morning, BAs! I had a guest over this afternoon, so I figured I'd break out a (relatively) big gun.

Turns out, said guest didn't like it. Shit...looks like it's more for me! I hate it when that happens. :grinning:

A couple highlights from last night; new brews for me.

    The Bruery Black Tuesday

Black Tuesday was phenomenal. Right up there with Surly Darkness, and into Parabola territory. Among the most complex and smooth BBA stouts I've ever had - and clocking in at 19.7%!

    Cheers!
