    Went for a ride along one of my favorite highways, if not my favorite, and did a little whale watching. No whales in the picture, but saw plenty when we stopped a few times. Pretty cool that you can watch such an amazing event from your car.

    Got home and opened a Kill Devil Brown. I know it's partially owned by ABInbev, but I still like it. Just glad it's not a Pumpkin Peach Ale, or it would be in the chopping block.

    Had a killer weekend in Bruges with some American, British, Dutch & Belgian beer geeks.

    Druiven was the winner for me, followed by DB Cake. Tasting held in De Struise Brouwers shop, Bruges.

    Day 2. This was a blend in the end.

    Final line-up of day 2. Small part of Le Sarrasin and Lou Pepe Kriek got blended up as well (1/3 LPK - 2/3 LS), I have to admit that was amazing.

    Not on photo; OGV 2008 and Schaerbeekse Kriek 2011, both in a pub.

    Needless to say it was a phenomenal weekend.

    Just reviewed Weyerbacher's Winter Ale (2.51). It left a lot to be desired and the rest is going in the trash. I'm just glad the 6 pack was gift - lol.
