    I completely agree - Ive bloodied myself up many times and narrowly avoided a few disasters of epic proportions - usually when brewing during a bottle share, go figure. I reluctantly ditched glass carbons for Better Bottles too, eliminating one of my biggest fears. Good luck with the hand!

    Decided to dig thru my cellar after loving the 8-year-old Ten Fidy from yesterday. Found this BCS from 2011. Creamy toffee, coffee and vanilla notes and still packing a boozy bourbon bite!

    Supposed to drop into the teens tonight, and then teens and single-digits over the next coupla days though, so I made sure to clear the watery slush from shit I don't want encased in ice come morning :wink:

    I know those to the north and east have had it much worse, but that last batch of snow we got was like shoveling concrete. But the sun was high in the sky and fucking hot.

    So to you kings of New England: Spring will come, the snow will melt, and the tulips will bud. Unfortunately, you'll probably be dead from the flooding. Stay high!
