Wheel First, then "Pi". That's a great Movie. There's always a thin line between Genius and Madness!

Haven't had much time in the past few days to enjoy a beer (or BA), but I can't wait any longer. Sitting down on the couch to sip on a HI-RES.

Interesting beer, tastes like a slightly hoppy jalapeno without the heat. I think I read that's what they were going for on this one. If that's the case then mission accomplished!

    Finally got some.
One of my wants for a few years now.
Coldest morning of the year today (-10).
Let's hit it, perfect winter warmer here.
    North Coast Old Stock.

Smells like it might be nearly 12%, yet tastes of only a minor subdued hotness. Well done. Almost zero carbonation, yet it's the most recent batch. I'm a newbie to Old Ale, but this is fun. Tastes of hard candies, butterscotchy smoothness. I'd love to know if others have rec's on how long is best to age my others? Thanks in advance ..... many cheers to all the Tuesday BAs today!
