    About to do my taxes, so I figured that I should have a beer in my system. I randalled this with a vanilla bean, cocoa nibs, and a little maple syrup, for about an hour. Still a lot of the coffee and chocolate, which I am glad about, but the vanilla really compliments it.

    I have plenty of beer in the fridge, but decided to stop by the beer store while I was out. Although I'm only an hour and 15 minutes away from Wicked Weed, I will get Wicked Weed in a growler (or growlette, bomber whatever you want to call it) any chance I get. I don't think I've ever had this one before, and I'm really enjoying it.

    Always delicious. Balanced citrus/pine hops and spicy/bready rye malts. Bells seasonals always make their way into my fridge all year.

    Really nice deep bitter/roasty stout. Short's can basically release anything and I'd buy a 6 pack almost all the time.

    A great addition to the year round portfolio, though I still prefer Torpedo. Hop oil from C hops gives it a huge bright citrus/pine flavor and aroma that is delicious.

    White Birch Brewing of New Hampshire has joined the canning revolution. It's their Hop Session. Maybe it is psychological but I like t better this way.
