    My 2nd attempt at a Bock is having much better results, Paulaner Salvator to the rescue! No looks of derision from the cats now, instead they're trying to sneak a sip. That's always a good sign.

    Felt compelled to crack open this bad boy as tho I was being driven by something dark. Call it being possessed, but with this being my first go with this one, I'd say I'm more impressed. Big, bold, roasty, and somewhat evil. Enjoy your Bocks, I've got a priest to call. Cheers.

    Thank you sir its just a shame the wife hadn't recently grooms him, as with his goat-tee he resembles a goat quite often with a shaved face

    And it's almost gone. With the frige cleaning I've been doing, there isn't much left before I have to get into the door beer - hoppy beers that get old and get relegated to the frige door for the curious neighbors.
