My Kings didn't look so Stanley Cuppish today but it was a blast as a life long Kings fan to see that Stanley Cup banner go up next to all those Lakers world championship banners. Did you get Lagunitas Sucks yet ?

    Cheers.....

How sour is it? It sounds delicious, but the one sour I've tasted was just awful. Since so many people seem to enjoy sours, I'm beginning to wonder if I just had an awful example?

Started the evening with SN Northern Hemisphere Harvest, then on to a Two Hearted Ale. Have Nugget Nectar on deck and maybe an Arctic Panzer Wolf. Cheers!

I had some sausage pizza with Batch 19 earlier. Now it's time for some craft. It's Saint Arnold Winter Stout right now.

Shhhiiii......tteeee... We dumped our grains into the mash tun and then I went, "awww man..." as I picked up the false bottom from the table nearby. Lost some grains and water while dumping back and forth from mash tun to another pot when trying to replace the false bottom and still came within 3 points of attempted O.G. ... 70 something batches brewed and that's never happened(the false bottom part) and never will again.

A work colleague sent me some of this from Utah, pretty good. Also had a Hop Notch, really good.

My first Ale Smith Speedway Stout. To bad its $12.99 a bottle or I would be drinking this a lot more. The 12% ABV is undetectable, well at least it is for now, maybe no so much once I finish this bottle. LOL

No photos, but went to the tasting hours at Hops & Grain Brewery in Austin today, and had their Alt, Horchata Stout, Funk del Robel, and Porter del Roble. All were excellent, and it was a beautiful day to be outside drinking beer (about 70 and sunny).

I just bought this glass today and figured I had to follow suit. Haven't had this in a while, DFH more or less got me into craft and now I'm trying new things (palo santo is my #1). Holy hell this is refreshing and well balanced, more than I ever remembered

There didn't seem to be enough Lagunitas Sucks being consumed this evening so I thought I'd do my fair share.

I just got one yesterday, was planning on splitting it next week but the girl doesn't like 'fruity' beers, go figure. Too lemony or hoppy enough its still bitter?
