Try the Saison Athene if you can find it. It was better the pays du soliel IMO. The rosemary plays really well with the wild yeast.

It's not crazy mouth-puckering sour like some of their Berliners, very approachable.

Some decent Chinese and Head Hunter. Changes the flavor profile a bit, more resinious.

On a snow trip with the family in Twain Harte. I have very limited reception, so this actually covers the last two nights.

I've had a couple each of Snake Dog IPA, Black Butte Porter and Alpine Spring.

Had a Hills Farmstead Juicy which was amazing (thank you Keith!) and a Brooklyn Local 2 which tasted like pennies.

No having a Dust Bowl Hops of Wrath while trying to teach my daughter how to play ping pong.

    Cheers.

Pretty good. Had their flagship pale ale last night, which is also solid. Unfotunately the brewery has very limited hours for growler fills right now, but they update Facebook regularly. I definitely recommend this brewery.

Saturday night treat. Received this in a recent trade and would love to get my hands on another bottle to sit on, one of the best beers I've had.

EXP FBS FBB: Breakfast Stout and Backwoods Bastard

Unsurprisingly, this is very, very good. It's unlike anything else I've had, but I'd endorse a form of this for regular brewing. I will say I wish more of the Bastard was present than the Baby Eating Oatmeal. Perhaps an unequal mixture is in order?
