    Ninkasa Total Domination IPA. In a vacuum, this is a by-the-numbers IPA, but I'm not in a vacuum, I'm in Vegas, baby!!!!! And that combined with a pool, lotsa sun, and a beautiful bride makes this the nectar of the gods. Have a wonderful afternoon, BA's.

    I've been trying to find Hof Ten Dormaal beers locally after hearing about their tragic fire then sampling some of their brews at a tap takeover fundraiser for the brewery at Beer Street in Brooklyn when I was there earlier this year.

    This one I found in town and is, as usual quite good though much sweeter than I expected - definitely recommended for dessert or a nightcap rather than a mid-afternoon ale as I had it. Cheers!
