    2012 Double Bastard.

    So, not the lunch beer I was planning on. I bottle my homebrew is stone bottles because I don't have to waste time taking off the labels. Grabbed this beer thinking it was my homebrewed ipa. I thought oh chit! My beer is oxidized when I poured it. Once I took a sniff.....damn!!! I just f'ed up. Oh well this a tasty beer.

    Looks to be rebranding for Berkshire, new look and new name for the Czech Pils, hoping same recipe. Tried several angles, indoor and out but could not get good photo. Color is definitely a hazy golden hue but not as dark in photo. Beautiful, spicy nose; floral but almost like fresh soil as well. Smooth cracker malt taste with light perfume from the hops. Clean aftertaste, touch of honey sweetness. Very nice!
