    Finishing off my last bottle of the Devil's Backbone/Ninkasi collaboration beer, The Devil Went Down to Oregon.

    Seemed to go pretty well with the chicken fajitas I had for supper earlier. Still as good as I remember it being the last time even though these bottles are well on their way to the 4-month mark now -- only difference I'm picking up on is that I'm not getting much of the leafy hop flavor on the end now, just the bitterness that went along with it. Of course, this one was definitely the least hop-focused of the four beers in that variety pack to begin with, so I suppose it's not surprising that it hasn't suffered from the beginnings of "hoppy beer old age" at this point. XD

    Very nice, not sure which hops are used but definitely smells and tastes like Mosaic is in there.
