    Going to be rooting for the Cleveland Cav's tonight in the NBA Finals @ Golden State! Drinking this one in their honor.....go LeBron and crew and kick some butt !

    Good morning BAs! Well, the sun put in it's appearance for the day and is now hidden behind the ever-present cloud cover. The first load of laundry is in the washer - when it hits the dryer I'll go to my son's house and help him with a plumbing problem. Starting the day with a light selection:

    Celebrating my last 24 hour call shift (hopefully) ever! Have bigger celebratory plans for next week, but for now enjoying this small bottle celebration so I can get to sleep soon before heading down to FL for a couple days. Thought I might be able to start this thread today. I used to start it off fairly often, but not these day. Everyone's stepped up their drinking game!

    Wasn't expecting this to taste like the best root beer I have ever had. No alcohol feel or taste. Hard to call it a beer, even though it is. This stuff could be dangerous, lol........

    Afternoon coffee, with last nights casualties in the background.

    From a local brewery, brewed with cocoa and coffee from local stores, limited run of 750 bottles. It tastes decent enough but is rather thin if I'm being honest.

    Looking forward to the start of the NBA finals tonight. I always like it when a team wins that either hasn't won before or hasn't won in a long time. Looks like we're pretty much guaranteed that will be the case this year.

    This is Shamrock Shake from Listermann's in Cincinnati - it's billed as an Irish Cream Stout aged in bourbon barrels. It's really sweet with lots of caramel, toffee, and mild coffee flavor. If it was an imperial stout, this thing would be dangerous indeed.
