I have the worst time getting images on here.
Two Brothers Pillar of Salt tonight.
My last one, which makes this bitter-sweet!!
Ah that makes more sense. I was going to say, I've never seen Cigar City in Western PA.
This is my 3,000th post. What an honer.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank my dogs, my loving girlfriend, my internet connection, and most importantly my liver - without it none of this would have been possible.
Feeling a bit froggy...
I really need this glass.
Its a really good stout. One of; if not the best Oyster stout I've had.
Cheers to our livers, without them we be fucked!
I'll drink to that! Cheers bro ~
I've never had an oyster stout...
but good enough for me!
Fantastic! It has a nice hop profile up front but a very well balanced caramel malt on the finish. Also, good enough to make a 3 hr drive from Dallas to OKC to get some.
Sam Adams 10th Anniversary Utopias. Not really a beer, but incredibly tasty. Cheers!
I would totally agree, glad it's local for me. I would suggest trying this one too, so freaking good!
Cheers to new breweries hitting it out of the park!
Just had a BB4D. Now I'm washing it down with a Hopslam. Good time to live in Michigan
I did at a bottle share this past weekend, really liked the Noir the best, so I bought some of that too. Also picked up some Prairie Ale and Prairie Hop.
Doing my part for beer can day. Canned this afternoon.
Enjoyed a Great Lakes Christmas Ale and a day off.
First time trying this:
In honor of canned beer day:
This stuff is amazing with a year on it.
I'm having Saint Arnold Winter Stout now.
My last growler of barrier/ommegang barrier relief
Possibly my nightcap:
Still waiting for the 2013 to show up here...thought this was appropriate:
Cheers ladies & gents ~
3.99 for a sixer of this stuff so I said what the hell. It's drinkable when near freezing but pretty terrible stuff. Got my 2nd to last Narwhal on deck, the other ones going away 'til next fall.
Been a long day, this tastes so good.
Not looking froward to heading into work at 6 am....
Some g-bot tonight
Photobucket has been giving me fits tonight too...bastards!
If you can find it, try Porcine Unidragon. It's Blaecorn Unidragon done with beechwood smoked malt and then aged in bourbon barrels. If you like Blaecorn Unidragon, you'll love Porcine Unidragon.
enjoyed a head topper before dinner which was stellar as always. finished up with something new, which was also really nice:
That is some brutal ass weather...may I suggest many more beers and calling in tomorrow! Cheers bro ~
I'm still on vaca till Monday.
I said "its back" and my brother said nah "its not 40$ a case like it used to be. It tastes great but thats all."
Sierra Nevada ruthless rye.
Is it my lucky day? I won an LIF on the first guess, then sitting at a bar that has excellent beer. Dohertys in Pawtucket, usually doesnt have much in the strong ale category though. Right after I won the LIF I flip the menu and Backwoods Bastard on draft.
GF is gone for the evening, tonight is going to be awesome.
First time with this beer, excellent. Not sure the difference between an Imperial Red and an American Strong Ale. Anyone have a theory?
Great pics, great beer, VERY cool bottle openers. I've been searching for a hand maid bottle opener for a while. I stumbled upon one the other day. Its pricey, but I think your pics have convinced me to pull the trigger. Cheers!
Cherry rye.....mmmmmm..so good.
