    Just drank a Lemon Cello IPA from Siren and Hill Farmstead. This was an interesting beer. Tasted like a straight lemon IPA. The first taste was quite boozy, but it settled down and it wasn't too bad.

    Doing a bit of cellar cleaning this evening. Mikkeller Monks Brew aged in bourbon barrels. It's a couple years old and has held up pretty well. Smells great, but the flavors are just okay.
