Stopped at my Local (called the Local) and had Ommegang Art of Darkness on tap, just popped a Founders Imperial Stout, and we"ll see what else I drag up, kicking and screaming from the cellar.
My first of the style. I can dig it.

I opened my first fresh Founders Imperial Stout of the year, intending to finally get around to reviewing it, since it's one of my favorite beers. I wrote down the appearance and then took a sip and now all the beer is gone
I guess I'll review it next time...
Yeah I saw it at the local pizza shop when I was picking up dinner for the fam one night and figured I would try it out. Not a good decision on my part, but ya live and learn.
Sadly, Goose Island Sofie. It looks nice but tastes too much like champagne.

Last night I said "This Shit is legit" to a Founders Imperial Stout. Tonight I have to say those same words for the Terrapin Wake and Bake...wow!

It's hard to read the bottle label, but this is Aun Mas A Jesus from Evil Twin...
If you're a lover of big stouts and haven't had this yet, you have GOT to try it. It's delicious!
About half way through my first bottle ever... love this beer! I bought a single just to try it, and I will be going back for at least a sixer, maybe a case.
I'm not keen on many of the users here, as I've only started participating in discussion recently. Point me in the right direction, and I shall follow.
